Still processing last night’s Mama Gathering with a beautiful bunch of women. It was everything I imagined & more. There was laughter, there were tears, there was deep connection. There were familiar faces & new faces. The setting was moody & cozy, the wine was delicious & I finally made the charcuterie board I’ve been wanting to make for a while. The thing with the charcuterie board, was I wanted to make it for a special occasion, I guess you can say the charcuterie board was the inspiration for this Mama Gathering, ha! How funny. Whenever I see a beautiful spread of meats, cheeses, fruits, chocolate, in a magazine, or on Pinterest, I think, “There must have been delicious wine & warm conversation around that charcuterie board.” And that’s exactly what happened last night.
Are you counting how many times I’ve said ‘charcuterie’? And you betcha, I’ve been pasting that word this whole time.
